Patricia Holbrook
Founder & President
Author, Speaker, Columnist
Patricia Holbrook is the founder and president of Soaring with Him Ministries, a faith columnist, international speaker, author, podcaster and Bible teacher.
Patricia started Soaring with Him as a blog in 2010, where she shared devotionals with her readers. Her passion for challenging her audience’s faith and walk with God has quickly made her ministry’s website a popular place for people from all over the globe.
Since 2012, Patricia has been featured as a faith columnist for The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. The AJC is the largest newspaper in the South, reaching 2.3 million readers weekly in Georgia, Alabama and north of Florida. She is also a guest writer for Christian magazines and blogs, and a content contributor for iDisciple and YouVersion, the popular app originally developed by nationwide retailer Family Christian stores, engaging more than 160,000 subscribers daily around the globe.
Patricia’s first book, “Twelve Inches – Bridging the Gap between what you know about God and how you feel” was published in 2015 and ranked #1 in its category for nine weeks on Amazon.
In 2016, Patricia’s ministry launched the first She Soars Women’s conference, a one-day event featuring dynamic speakers and worship, with a mission to “instill a renewed love and commitment to God’s Word in the heart of His women.”
Patricia’s sense of humor and practical, biblically-sound teaching has also made her a sought-after speaker at women’s events nationwide, as well as internationally.
In March 2022, Patricia has launched her podcast, “God-Sized Stories with Patricia Holbrook,” where she interviews actors, actresses, movie directors and some of the most known best-selling authors in America. Her increasing list of popular guests have included Max Lucado, Francine Rivers, Andy Stanley, Lysa Terkeurst, Craig Groeschel, Lee Strobel and Jim Caviezel, to name a few.
Patricia is originally from Brazil and has lived in the United States since 1999. She lives in Georgia with her husband Steve and their two daughters.

Dr. J. Perry Fowler
Theological Editor / Pastoral Counselor
Dr. Fowler is Patricia Holbrook’s curriculum theological editor and Soaring with Him Ministry’s pastoral counselor.
He is the Senior Pastor at Kennesaw First Baptist Church, a thriving church in downtown Kennesaw, GA, reaching the community and beyond for Christ. Dr. Fowler’s ministry of 30 years has included church planting and missions, with a strong focus on community outreach and church discipleship.
He received his Master of Divinity from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary and his Doctor of Ministry degree from Luther Rice Seminary.
Dr. Fowler and his wife Janice have been married for 37 years and enjoy time with their three grown children and four grandchildren.
Judy Womack
director, agape shelter program
As Soaring with Him’s Director of the Agape Shelter services and Love Day, Judy coordinates the ministry and volunteers’ efforts to reach women in shelters in the Metro Atlanta area with God’s love and Patricia’s Bible literacy and Bible study programs.
Judy worked for many years at a large Atlanta, Georgia, healthcare system in the field of physician relations. During her tenure there, she enjoyed opportunities to serve a number of community organizations, including the Cowart Family Ashford Dunwoody YMCA as a board member and board chair, board member of the DeKalb County United Way Advisory Council, Warren Technical School, and as an advisory group member of the Clinical Pastoral Education Program at Northside Hospital.
Judy is an Independent Beauty Consultant with Mary Kay cosmetics (a partner of the Agape Shelter Program) and is passionate about serving women to encourage their confidence and potential. As an active member of First Baptist Atlanta Church, she sings soprano in the worship choir.
Originally from Texas, Judy enjoys keeping up with her four sisters and over twenty nieces and nephews. She lives iGeorgia with her sweet rescue dog, Oliver.
Lauren Michelle Morgan
She Soars Conference Manager
As Soaring with Him’s Conference Manager, Lauren is responsible for coordinating conference logistics, vendors and supplies. She also serves as the liaison between the host church and Soaring with Him in communications concerning the volunteers’ responsibilities and deadlines.
Lauren is a member at Redemption to the Nations church and works as a volunteer at church events. She has a passion for event planning and is excited to bring her knowledge to organize our conferences and further God’s Kingdom.
Lauren and Michael have been married for 16 years and have two adult daughters and one teenage son. They are thrilled to welcome their first grandson in the Summer of 2023.

Aisa Belle Balastigue (AB)
Ministry Assistant & social media Coordinator
“Who I am and what I am today is only because of the grace of God that rescued me.”
Aisa Belle, born and raised in the Philippines, grew up going to Grace Baptist Church in her hometown. However, it wasn’t until her teenage years that she truly became a believer.
Answering the Lord’s call to serve in Church Ministry, Aisa left her corporate job to pursue biblical studies at Christ Baptist Bible College in Muntinlupa. She graduated with a Diploma in Theology in 2019. Today, she serves as a teacher at the college.
She’s a Social Media Content Creator for Christian Business Owners, supporting them in sharing their message. Her podcast, “AB Shares,” serves as a platform to inspire hope, one episode at a time. By God’s grace, Aisa actively contributes to her church and uses her skills to further God’s Kingdom.
In her role as Soaring with Him’s ministry assistant, Aisa Belle Balastigue (AB) serves as Patricia’s liaison with media outlets and PR agencies for her columns and podcast, as well as other ministry administrative tasks.
